RETURN POLICY
Shorty's Cannabis offers a 14 day Return Policy on all orders of cannabis products. Customers may return any cannabis product in original condition for a refund within 14 days of delivery. The customer will be refunded via the original payment method used for the purchase.
This return policy conforms to all relevant AGCO regulations and is the same as the Ontario Cannabis Store (OCS). If you have additional questions please contact us directly.
Accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
How will I receive my refund?

Will I get back what I originally paid for the product?
You will receive a refund for any product(s) returned within 14 days of receipt.
Do I need a receipt?
Yes! You will be required to validate your order information.
What does original condition mean.
The product must be in the original, sealed condition in which it was received by the customer.
What should I do if I have a complaint about the cannabis product I purchased from Shorty's Cannabis?
Please reach out to the OCS at 1-888-910-0627 to begin the quality complaint process. Please note that the OCS cannot perform returns on product bought from our store.
